【ヘルシー簡単!中華風トマト蒸し鶏🍅🐓】
今回は、暑い夏にもダイエット中にもおすすめな、とろり&ピリ辛&さっぱり味付けの中華風トマト蒸し鶏🤤せいろで蒸すので、余分な脂や塩分が落ちてヘルシーに仕上がります💪梅干し入りでミネラルもばっちり◎梅干しは加熱すると脂肪燃焼を促進させる「バニリン」が増加します。夏のダイエット中にどうぞ😋
【材料】
・皮なし鶏もも肉…1枚
・トマト…中1個
・梅干し…2個
・片栗粉…大1
・ポン酢…大1.5
・豆板醤…小1/2〜(お好みで)
・砂糖…小1
・ごま油…小1/2
【作り方】
①鶏もも肉を食べやすい大きさにカットし、トマトは粗めのみじん切りにしておく
②梅干しは種を取って叩いておく
③ボウルにごま油以外の材料を入れてよくあえる
④鍋にお湯をわかし、その間にしっかり濡らしたせいろにクッキングシートを敷いて穴を数か所あけておく
⑤せいろに③をのせて蓋をし、鶏もも肉に火が通るまで10分ほど中火で蒸す
⑥最後にごま油をかける

This light and juicy steamed chicken is perfect for hot summer days or while dieting! With a thick, slightly spicy, and refreshing flavor, it’s both satisfying and healthy. Steaming in a seiro (bamboo steamer) allows excess fat and salt to drip away. Plus, the addition of pickled plum (umeboshi) brings a mineral boost◎ When heated, umeboshi increases vanillin, which is said to help prevent fat accumulation—great for summer weight management! 😋
【Ingredients】
・1 boneless, skinless chicken thigh
・1 medium tomato
・2 pickled plums (umeboshi)
・1 tbsp potato starch (or cornstarch)
・1.5 tbsp ponzu (citrus soy sauce)
・1/2 tsp to taste doubanjiang (chili bean paste)
・1 tsp sugar
・1/2 tsp sesame oil
【Instructions】
①Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and roughly chop the tomato.
②Remove the pits from the umeboshi and mash them.③In a bowl, mix all ingredients except sesame oil until well combined.④Boil water in a pot. Meanwhile, prepare the seiro by placing a well-wet parchment sheet inside and poking a few holes to let steam through.⑤Add the chicken mixture to the seiro, cover with the lid, and steam over medium heat for about 10 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.⑥Finish by drizzling with sesame oil before serving.
🌸Note
A seiro is a traditional Japanese bamboo steamer. It allows steam to circulate gently and evenly, preserving the food’s flavor while making it healthier by draining off excess fat and salt. You can place the seiro over a pot of boiling water just like a regular steamer basket.
