玉ねぎ3個がぺろっとなくなる血液にやさしいおかずです◎

・鶏もも肉・・・400g程度
・食塩・・・少々
・片栗粉・・・大さじ1と1/2
・新玉ねぎ・・・3個(600g程度)
・大根・・・1/5本(200g程度)
○ブイヨン・・・小さじ1
○砂糖・・・大さじ1弱
○醤油・・・大さじ1と1/2
○酒・・・大さじ3
・米油・・・小さじ2程度

Braised Chicken with Fresh Spring Onions and Grated Daikon(Serves 4)

・Chicken thighs… about 400g
・Salt… a pinch
・Cornstarch… 1 1/2 tablespoons
・Sweet onions・・・3 (approx. 600g)
・Daikon radish・・・1/5 of a root (approx. 200g)
○Bouillon・・・1 tsp
○Sugar・・・just under 1 tbsp
○Soy sauce・・・1 1/2 tbsp
○Sake・・・3 tbsp
・Rice bran oil・・・approx. 2 tsp

How to Make
===========================================
1. Peel the daikon radish and grate it.
2. Peel the spring onions, cut them in half lengthwise, and then slice them thinly crosswise.
3. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces, place them in a plastic bag, rub in a pinch of salt, remove the air from the bag, and let sit for 15 minutes.
Then add potato starch and shake the bag.
4. Heat a frying pan over medium-low heat, add rice bran oil, and place the chicken skin-side down.
Cook without moving for about 4 minutes, then flip.
Add step 2, cook for 1½ minutes, then begin stirring and sauté over low heat for about 5 minutes.
5. Once the onions are tender, add the ingredients marked with a circle and the daikon from step 1, and mix everything together.
Cover and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.
Remove the lid and cook for another 5 minutes to reduce the liquid.
