【バルサミコ酢鶏】4人分
材料
・鶏もも肉…500g
・さつまいも…1/2本
・レンコン…120グラム
・赤玉ねぎ…1個
・パプリカ…1/2個
・エリンギ(あれば)
・塩胡椒…適量
・おろしショウガ…大さじ1
・酒…大さじ1
・片栗粉…適量
A バルサミコ酢…大さじ5
A ケチャップ…大さじ3
A 醤油…大さじ2
A蜂蜜…大さじ2
A酒…大さじ2
Aりんご酢…大さじ1/2(あれば)

作り方
①鶏もも肉に塩コショウで下味をつけ、酒とおろしたショウガの絞り汁をかけて揉み込む。
②野菜の大きさを揃え食べやすく切り、油で素揚げして網などでよく油をきる(玉ねぎ、パプリカは最後、温度を下げ軽く油に通す)
③ ①の鶏もも肉に片栗粉をまぶし、油でカリッと揚げる。
④フライパンにバルサミコ酢を入れ、約半量になるまで煮詰める。火傷しないよう一旦火を消し、Aの材料を加えてからまた加熱し、ふつふつとするまで木べらで混ぜ、揚げたての鶏肉と野菜を入れ素早くソースと絡めて出来上がり。

Ingredients for 4 people
・500 grams of chicken
・1/2 sweet potato
・120 grams of lotus root
・1 red onion
・Eringi (if any)

・1 tablespoon of grated ginger
・1 tablespoon of alcohol
・Appropriate amount of potato starch
A 5 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
A 3 tablespoons of ketchup
A 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
A 2 tablespoons of honey
A 2 tablespoons of sake
A 1/2 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (if any)

How to make
1 Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, sprinkle with sake and grated ginger juice and knead.
2 Cut the vegetables in size to make it easy to eat, fry it in oil, and cut the oil well with a net, etc. (at the end, lower the temperature and put the onion and paprika in the oil lightly)
3 Sprinkle potato starch on the chicken thighs of 1 and fry them crispy in oil.
4 Put balsamic vinegar in a frying pan and simmer until about half the amount. Turn off the heat, add the ingredients of A, mix with a wooden spatula until fluffy, add the fried chicken and vegetables, and quickly mix with the sauce and you’re done.
