干し椎茸 5ℊ(200㎖の水に漬けて戻す)
鶏もも肉 150g
人参 80g
牛蒡 120g
油揚げ 1枚
しめじ 80g
インゲン 100g

塩 小さじ1
調理酒 大さじ1
みりん 大さじ2
しょうゆ 大さじ2.5
ごま油 適量

ご飯(炊いたもの2合分)

Ingredients
Dried shiitake mushrooms 5ℊ (soaked in 200㎖ of water and returned)
Chicken thigh 150g
Carrot 80g
Burdock 120g
1 fried tofu
Shimeji mushroom 80g
Green beans 100g

1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of Japanese cooking wine
Mirin 2 tablespoons
2.5 tablespoons of soy sauce
Appropriate amount of sesame oil

Rice (2 go cooked)
